how to make sprouts mixture

  1. To make multigrain sprouts toast recipe | healthy multigrain moong toast | sprouted moong toast | in a mixer jar, add 1 cup sprouted moong (whole green gram). Moong sprouts bring a delightful crunchy texture to the toast, contrasting the softness of the bread. This textural contrast makes the toast more fun and engaging to eat.
  2. Add 2 chopped green chillies. Aside from heat, green chillies also bring a bright, fresh flavor to the dish.
  3. Add 4 to 5 garlic (lehsun) cloves.
  4. Add 1 tsp chopped ginger (adrak).
  5. Add 1 tbsp quick cooking rolled oats. Oats creates a binder that helps hold the sprouted mixture together
  6. Add 1 tbsp besan (bengal gram flour). Similar to oats, besan can act as a binder for the sprouted mixture. It absorbs moisture and helps hold the ingredients together, preventing them from falling apart during cooking.

  8. Blend moong sprouts in a mixer.
  9. Remove the sprouts mixture into a bowl.
  10. Add ½ cup finely chopped chopped onions. Onion adds a satisfying crunch to the toast.
