Mushroom Aloo Chaat recipe - How to make Mushroom Aloo Chaat

200 gms mushrooms (khumbh)
200 gms potatoes
200 gms tomatoes
200 gms onions
salt to taste
amchur powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp chaat masala
coriander (dhania) leaves for garnishing
for Green Chutney:
2 cups coriander (dhania) leaves
3 to 4 green chilly
20 gms ginger (adrak)
salt to taste
1 tsp lemon
forTamarind Chutney:
100 gms tamarind (imli)
200 gms sugar
for Garlic Chutney:
50 gms garlic (lehsun)
salt to taste
Method
- Cut the mushrooms into halves.
- Boil the potatoe4s and peel and cut into small pieces.
- Chop the tomatoes , onions and green chillies finely.
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl add lemon, amchur powder, salt, garam masala.
- Add the green chutney garlic chutney and tamarind chutney.
- Sprinkle with chaat masala and coriander leaves.
- Method for chutney:
- Green chutney: mix all the ingredients and grind it into a fine paste.
- Tamarind chutney: soak tamarind in water and sugar, grind it into fine paste and sieve.
- Garlic chutney: make a fine paste of garlic, add little water and add a pinch of salt to taste.
