Makes 2 servings
250 gms thinly sliced mushrooms (khumbh)
1 tsp garlic (lehsun) paste
2 tsp chopped dill (shepu / suva bhaji)
200 ml fresh cream
200 ml milk
salt to taste
2 tsp freshly ground black pepper powder
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp plain flour (maida)

- Method
- Combine the milk, fresh cream and flour in a bowl, whisk well and keep aside so that no lumps remain.
- Heat the butter in a kadhai, add the garlic and saute for a few seconds.
- Add the mushrooms and saute for 2 minutes.
- Add the salt, pepper, oregano and dill and mix well.
- Add the prepared mixture of cream and milk, mix well and cook just till it starts boiling.
- Serve hot with toast.
