Makes 3 glasses
1 cup chilled pineapple juice
2 cups chilled orange juice
5 ice cubes
1/2 cup beaten whipped cream
1/4 cup coconut milk powder
- Method
- Combine the whipped cream and coconut powder in a deep bowl, mix well and fill it in a piping bag attached with a star nozzle.
- Combine the pineapple juice, orange juice and ice cubes in a deep bowl and mix well.
- Pour equal quantity of the drink into 3 individual glasses and pipe out the whipped cream- coconut mixture evenly over each glass.
- Serve immediately.
