This is a very nutritious and a healthy breakfast adding chopped onions, grated carrots or chopped coloured capsicums makes it more nutritious and colourfull!!

Oats and Whole Moong Dal Dosa recipe - How to make Oats and Whole Moong Dal Dosa

Ingredients

1 cup quick cooking rolled oats
2 cups moong dal (split green gram) , soaked
6 to 8 green chillies , finely chopped
salt to taste
3 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
oil for cooking

Method
    Method
  1. Combine the oats, moong dal, green chillies and salt and blend in a mixer to a smooth batter, adding water as required.
  2. Transfer in a bowl and add the coriander, mix well and make a smooth batter of pouring consistency.
  3. Divide the batter into 2 equal portions and keep aside.
  4. Heat a non-stick tava and prepare thin dosas.
  5. Serve immediately.
