Makes 3 to 4 servings
1 cup whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta)
1/4 cup powdered quick cooking rolled oats
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup boiled milk
a pinch of salt
1 tsp fruit salt
ghee for cooking

- Method
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well so that no lumps remain.
- Spread a spoonful of batter in a pan and cook the pancakes using little oil till they turn golden brown from both the sides.S
- Serve hot.
