Makes 0.5 cup ( 7 tablespoons)
1 cup ripe muskmelon (kharbooja) , chopped
1/2 tsp roasted cumin seeds (jeera) , crushed
3 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
salt to taste
freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) powder to taste
Method
- Main procedure
- Blend the muskmelon to a smooth purée in a blender.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate till required.
- Select a ripe and flavourful melon for best results.
