Makes 4 servings
1 cup milk
1/4 cup condensed milk
1/4 cup grated paneer (cottage cheese)
1 tbsp flavoured orange drink mix
1/4 cup orange segments
For The Garnish
2 tbsp grated paneer (cottage cheese)
Method
- Method
- Combine the milk and the condensed milk in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high for 3 minutes, stirring twice in between after every 1 minute.
- Add the paneer, mix well and microwave on high for 1 minute.
- Cool completely, add the flavoured drink mix and the oranges and mix well.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Serve chilled garnished with paneer.
