Makes 3 to 4 servings
7 tbsp crumbled paneer (cottage cheese)
2 boiled and mashed potatoes
1 tbsp finely chopped ginger (adrak)
1 tbsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)
1 slit green chilli
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
1 tsp soy sauce
3 tbsp cornflour
salt to taste
2 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
12 baby corns
oil for deep frying

- Method
- Combine all the ingredients, except the baby corns, in a bowl and mix well.
- Divide the mixture into 12 equal portions and shape each portion into small balls.
- Coat each baby corn with the prepared balls and make 12 lollipops.
- Heat the oil in a kadhai and deep fry the lollipops till they turn golden brown and crisp form all the sides.
- Drain on an absorbent paper and serve hot.
