An easy, healthy and appealing paneer salad with crumbled paneer or cottage cheese tossed with shredded cabbage, chopped capsicum and celery leaves in tangy orange juice. Simply sprinkle salt and pepper on this delicious panner salad and serve chilled.

Makes 4 to 6 servings
1 cup crumbled paneer (cottage cheese)
1/4 cup capsicum strips
1/4 cup shredded cabbage
1 tbsp chopped celery
3 to 4 olives
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper powder
salt and freshly ground black pepper powder to taste

- Method
- Combine the paneer with salt, sliced olives and orange juice and keep aside.
- Combine little of shredded cabbage and capsicum and slowly add the paneer mixture.
- Sprikle pepper, celery and toss well.
- Serve at room temperature or chilled.
