An easy, healthy and appealing paneer salad with crumbled paneer or cottage cheese tossed with shredded cabbage, chopped capsicum and celery leaves in tangy orange juice. Simply sprinkle salt and pepper on this delicious panner salad and serve chilled.

  1. Combine the paneer with salt, sliced olives and orange juice and keep aside.
  2. Combine little of shredded cabbage and capsicum and slowly add the paneer mixture.
  3. Sprikle pepper, celery and toss well.
  4. Serve at room temperature or chilled.
