3 cups chopped paneer (cottage cheese)
3 tbsp oil
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
1 cup finely chopped onions
2 cups finely chopped tomatoes
1/2 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
2 tsp chilli powder
salt to taste
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)

it iS juSt kanda tameta nu shak.! nthn else.! if uh crush the paneer cubEs it turns tO paneer bhurji.. nd tastes gOod.! add garam masala nd pav bhaji masala... nd uh r reaDy to gO.!
Paneer khurchan.. soft paneer with chatpata and tangy masala..the brown onions gives a nice caramalize flavour. The masala is coated very well to the paneer. It is best enjoyed with hot rotis or just plain.
