Peach and Mango Milkshake

It is a wise idea to combine one pleasant fruit with a peppy one, so that the overall flavour is well balanced. In that way, peach and mango are made for each other. Peach has a mellow flavour and captivating aroma, while mango has a tangy flavour and overpowering aroma.
Together with vanilla ice-cream, these two fruits make a wonderfully creamy and flavourful milkshake that will please everybody. When making the Peach and Mango Milkshake, you can alter the amount of sugar based on the natural sweetness of the fruits.

Makes 4 glasses
1 cup peach cubes
1 cup alphonso ripe mango cubes
1 1/2 cups milk
1 cup vanilla ice-cream
2 tbsp powdered sugar
- Method
- Combine all the ingredients in a mixer and blend till smooth.
- Pour equal quantities of the milkshake into 4 individual glasses and serve chilled.
