Peach romanoff is quick warm dessert made by flambeing peaches with brandy and orange juice and then served with creamy vanilla ice-cream and fresh cream. This is a dessert that you cancharm adults with, at a dinner party.

Peach Romanoff recipe - How to make Peach Romanoff

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:    Makes 3 servings

Ingredients

6 peach halves (canned)
6 tbsp orange juice
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp brandy
vanilla ice-cream to serve
a little sweetened fresh cream

Method
    Method
  1. Cook the sugar in a frying pan until it melts.
  2. Add the orange juice and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Add the peaches and cook again for 1 minute.
  4. Warm the brandy in a large spoon, sest it alight and pour the burning brandy over the peaches.
  5. In each serving dish, place 2 peach halves over the vanilla ice-cream, top with the cream and serve.

A quick dessert made with peach and orange juice. After cooking the peach warm the brandy,when it lights pour it on the peaches.Serve the peach by topping vanilla ice cream and cream. Taste really good.
