This unique offering combines the spiky taste of capsicum and the sweet tanginess of pineapple with the josh of black salt and spice powders.
This drink must be had in small quantities, for the experience to be completely enjoyable, so please put away the tall glasses. We also suggest making this drink just before serving because it tends to decolorize.

Pineapple and Green Capsicum Drink recipe - How to make Pineapple and Green Capsicum Drink

Makes 8 small glasses
2 cups chilled pineapple cubes
1 cup chilled capsicum cubes
1/2 cup ice cubes
1/4 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp black salt (sanchal)
1/2 tsp roasted cumin seeds (jeera) powder
salt to taste
- Method
- Combine all the ingredients in a mixer along with 1 cup of chilled water and blend till smooth.
- Transfer the mixture into a deep bowl, add the chilli powder, black salt, cumin seeds powder and salt and mix well.
- Pour equal quantities of the drink into 8 individual glasses and serve chilled.
