Ingredients:
1 fresh pineapple , peeled and diced
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup plain curds (dahi)
1 cup ice cubes
mint leaves (phudina)
Method
- Blend all ingredients except mint leaves, in a blender till smooth. pour into chilled glasses and garnish on top with mint leaves and serve immediately
