Ingredients:
250 gms small baby potatoes , boiled
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 1/2 cups fresh curds (dahi)
1 1/2 tsp cornflour
2 mint sprigs
salt to taste
3 tbsp oil
chopped coriander (dhania) leaves

For the paste:
2 onions , chopped and boiled
2 tbsp cashewnuts (kaju)
2 green chillies , chopped
2 tsp ginger-garlic (adrak-lehsun) paste
salt to taste

  1. Cut the boiled potatoes into two pieces.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the potatoes until golden brown.
  3. To the fried potatoes, add chili powder, garam masala and fry for another minute.
  4. Mix all the ingredients and make a fine paste.
  5. Now add the ground paste and fry for few more minutes.
  6. Also add yogurt, corn flour, mint leaves, salt and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle the coriander leaves and serve hot with plain rice.
