You can use either american or indian corns. This is an easy to make recipe and a perfect recipe that can be prepared on sudden arrival of guests!
Quick Corn Subzi recipe - How to make Quick Corn Subzi

Makes 2 servings
200 gms sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
3 tsp chopped garlic (lehsun)
2 to 3 chopped green chillies
1 cup milk
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
2 tbsp oil
1 lemon
salt and freshly ground black pepper powder to taste

- Method
- Blend the corn kernels in a mixer to a coarse paste.
- Heat the oil in a pan and add the cumin seeds.
- When the seeds crackle, add the garlic and green chillies and saute for 1 minute.
- Add the corn paste and saute for a few minutes.
- Add the milk and cook for sometime.
- Add water according to your desired consistency and add the salt and pepper and mix well.
- Remove from the flame and garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve hot.
