  1. Combine all the ingredients and blend in a mixer into a coarse paste.
  2. Heat the oil in a kadhai and add the mustard seeds and hing.
  3. When the seeds crackle, add the ground paste and cook on low flame for a minute.
  4. Serve immediately or store refrigerated.

I tried this and it was awesome my hubby lok it very much.....I want to ask one question can we use kachha coconut which leaft after having nariyal pani pl ans me this as really want to know this since long time.

   Hi Swati, This is a member contributed recipe. To the best of our knowledge, the mail remaining after using nariyal pani cannot be used for his chutney. You have to use freshly grated coconut for this recipe.
