Paneer kheer is an interesting and delicious kheer (sweetened milk) recipe with paneer cubes added to the milk during boiling. The small paneer or cottage cheese cubes are cooked with sugar, elaichi powder in the milk to prepare an awesome healthy paneer kheer.

Ingredients

150 ml condensed milk
3 tbsp plain flour (maida)
2 tsp cardamom (elaichi) powder
750 gms grated paneer (cottage cheese)
3 cups chilled milk
chopped nuts for garnishing

Method
    Method
  1. Combine the milk and plain flour in a bowl and whisk well.
  2. Bring the milk to boil, add the paneer and condensed milk, mix well and boil for 4 minutes.
  3. Remove from the flame, add the cardamon powder and chopped nuts and refrigerate for 20-35 minutes or till chilled.
  4. Serve chilled.
