Rainbow Sandwich recipe - How to make Rainbow Sandwich

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:    Makes 2 sandwiches

Ingredients

4 slices whole wheat bread
2 tsp butter
1 tsp black peppercorns (kalimirch) powder

To Be Mixed Together For The Spread
3 tbsp cheese spread
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
2 tsp honey
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper powder

To Be Mixed Together For The Filling
2 tsp chopped capsicum
2 tsp chopped onions
4 tsp chopped pineapple
3 tsp chopped strawberries
1 tsp chopped mint leaves (phudina) leaves

  1. Heat the butter in a non-stick pan and roast bread slices on
  2. both sides till crisp.
  3. Spread cheese mixture on it and then spread filling mixture evenly on it.
  4. Sprinkle some pepper and serve immediately garnished with cheese.
