Rainbow Sandwich recipe - How to make Rainbow Sandwich

Makes 2 sandwiches
4 slices whole wheat bread
2 tsp butter
1 tsp black peppercorns (kalimirch) powder
To Be Mixed Together For The Spread
3 tbsp cheese spread
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
2 tsp honey
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper powder
To Be Mixed Together For The Filling
2 tsp chopped capsicum
2 tsp chopped onions
4 tsp chopped pineapple
3 tsp chopped strawberries
1 tsp chopped mint leaves (phudina) leaves
Method
- Method
- Heat the butter in a non-stick pan and roast bread slices on
- both sides till crisp.
- Spread cheese mixture on it and then spread filling mixture evenly on it.
- Sprinkle some pepper and serve immediately garnished with cheese.
