1/2 cup rajma (kidney beans)
4 small potatoes
4 small brinjals (baingan / eggplant)
8 snow peas
4 small sized sweet potatoes (shakarkand)
2 radish (mooli)
2 carrots
4 french beans
1 tbsp ginger (adrak) paste
Saunf paste 1tbsp
4 tbsp chopped onions
2 tsp chopped green chillies
4 tsp chopped coriander (dhania)
4 tsp mustard (rai / sarson) oil (optional)
salt to taste
Method
- Soak rajma overnight.
- Pressure cook rajma.
- Cut raddish & carrot into halves.
- Add ginger-saunf paste,all the vegetables& salt.pressure cook for 3-5 mins with rajma.
- Serve with chopped onion,chilly,dhania& & mustard oil.
