Ingredients

2 cups chopped pumpkin
1/4 cup green peas
1/4 cup finely chopped carrots
1 tbsp chopped garlic (lehsun)
2 tsp roasted cumin seeds (jeera) powder
salt to taste

For The Garnish
grated paneer (cottage cheese)
ginger (adrak) julienne

Method
    Method
  1. Place the pumpkin, green peas, carrots and garlic in an oven proof plate and roast in a preheated oven at 200 degress for 20 minutes.
  2. Cool and combine the pumpkin and garlic and blend inna mixer till smooth.
  3. In a non-stick pan, add the puree, cumin seeds powder, remaining vegetables, salt and enough water, mix well and bring to boil.
  4. Serve hot garnished with paneer and ginger.
