2 cups chopped and parboiled mixed vegetables (carrot , french beans , potato and green peas)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp fresh cream
1/4 cup chopped canned pineapple , optional
salt and to taste

For preparing the Russian salad, we first need to chop the carrot, French beans , potato and green peas.

Transfer into a deep bowl.

Add enough water.

Microwave on High for 6 to 8 minutes.
