For Banana and Cucumber Salad
2 cups banana cubes
2 cups cucumber cubes
2 tsp finely chopped green chillies
1/4 cup roughly chopped raw peanuts
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
2 tbsp grated fresh coconut
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp honey or powdered sugar (optional)
salt to taste

its is one of the easy n awesome salad we can prepare at home. I hv tried first tym n liked vry much. test is grt n healthy
It is sweet and spicy in taste. The sweetness of the banana is enough in enough to make the salad sweet. Along with bananas, green chillies gives a slight spicy flavour to it.
I could never imagine a salad with bananas, cucumber and peanuts but when I tried it, it was really nice...the crunchiness of cucumber and peanuts and the sweetness of bananas made this salad a super hit...
