Sambhar Dosa recipe - How to make Sambhar Dosa

Makes 4 servings
2 cups dosa batter
2 tsp sambhar masala
1/2 tsp garam masala
2 tbsp finely chopped onions
1 tsp chopped garlic (lehsun)
salt to taste
oil for cooking
Method
- Method
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well, so as no lumps remain.
- Heat a non-stick tava and grease it with oil.
- Spread a ladleful of batter evenly to make a thin dosa.
- Cook using oil till the dosa turns golden brown and crisp.
- Serve hot. .
