Scrambled veg corn toast offers an impressive array of vegetables and corn spread on bread slices and then toasted to a crispy perfection. The mixed vegetables and corn are boiled and cooked together with salt ,pepper and paneer cubes. Add grated cheese as topping on this corn filling and a crispy tasteful sandwich is ready to be served.

1 cup boiled mixed vegetables
1/4 cup boiled sweet corn kernels (makai ka dana)
2 cheese cubes
4 slices of bread
butter
1 tbsp plain flour (maida)
1 cup milk
50 gms paneer (cottagte cheese) cubes
salt to taste
black peppercorns (kalimirch)
1/2 tsp sugar
Method
- Heat kadhai
- Put butter
- Add maida
- Stir add milk
- Put boiled veg and corn
- Let it boil
- Add salt sugar and pepper
- Add paneer cubes
- Put a little grated cheese
- When the mixture becomes a little thick remove from fire
- Spread over bread
- Put shredded cheese on top
- Toast in oven
- Cut diagonally and serve
