Makes 5 servings
2 cups boiled spaghetti
1 1/2 cups fresh tomato pulp
2 tbsp butter
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1/2 cup finely chopped capsicum
1/4 cup tomato ketchup
2 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika)
salt to taste
1/4 cup fresh cream
1/4 cup grated processed cheese
- Method
- Put the butter in a microwave safe bowl and microwave on high for about 30 seconds.
- Add the onions and capsicum, mix well and microwave on high for 2 minutes.
- Add the tomato pulp, chilli flakes and salt, mix well and microwave on high for about 2 minutes, while stirring once in between.
- Add the tomato ketchup, spaghetti, fresh cream and cheese, mix well and microwave on high for 4 minutes, while stirring once in between.
- Serve hot.
