1 large can (850 grams) peaches
1 can (450 grams) condensed milk
4 1/2 cups milk
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp cinnamon (dalchini) powder
a little sugar to taste
Method
- Method
- Blend the peaches with the syrup from the can in a liquidiser.
- Mix the milk, condensed milk, peaches, lemon juice and most of the cinnamon powder. Taste and add sugar as required.
- Prepare the ice-cream in an ice-cream churner.
- Sprinkle the balance cinnamon powder and serve.
