2 cups spinach (palak) , torn into pieces
1 cup cooked sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
3/4 cup coloured capsicum cubes
To Be Blended Into A Creamy Mayo Cheese Dressing
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup grated processed cheese
2 tbsp fresh cream
1/4 tsp garlic (lehsun) paste
salt and to taste
- Method
- Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and toss well.
- Add the creamy mayo cheese dressing and toss well.
- Refrigerate for atleast 1 hour and serve chilled.
