6 cups finely chopped spinach (palak)
2 onions, finely chopped
1/2 cup rice flour (chawal ka atta)
1 tsp chilli powder
4 green chillies, finely chopped
1/4 cup sesame seeds (til)
salt to taste
oil for frying
2 tsp lemon juice
Method
- Wash and cut the spinach finely chopped
- In a vessel mix all the ingredients except oil.
- Then separate the mixtures into equal balls
- Keep the tava on stove.
- Press the balls in your palms to make a flat ball
- Then fry it on high flame then on slow fram
- Serve hot
