Sprout Jhatpat recipe - How to make Sprout Jhatpat
Preparation Time: Cooking Time: Total Time:
100 gms sprouted moong (whole green gram)
50 gms sprouted matki (moath beans)
100 gms kala chana (brown chick peas)
100 gms peanuts
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp grated ginger (adrak)
black salt (sanchal) as per taste
1 tbsp black pepper (kalimirch) powder
salt to taste
1 tbsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder
1 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
Method
- Take all the sprouts in a bowl.
- Put all the ingredients.miw well.
- Garnish with coriander.
- Your healthiest pure jhatpat indian nashta is ready to eat.
