Sprouted Methi Salad recipe - How to make Sprouted Methi Salad
Preparation Time: Cooking Time: Total Time:
50 gms fenugreek (methi) seeds
1 small chopped onion
1 cup (small) grated coconut
finely chopped coriander (dhania) leaves
finely chopped curry leaves (kadi patta)
1/2 tsp mustard seeds ( rai / sarson)
1 tsp urad (whole black lentil)
4 tsp lemon juice
salt to taste
Method
- Soak fenugreek seeds overnight.drain water and keep aside to let them sprout
- Mix fenugreek sprouts ,chopped onions, coconut, coriander leaves ,curry leaves and lemon juice.
- Add tempering of mustard seeds and black gram to the mixture.
