Ingredients
Method

  1. Soak rice and sprouts fro 15 mts
  2. Heat oil add the chopped onion and salt
  3. When it turns white add ginger garlic paste
  4. Add the vegetables and saute for 5 mts
  5. Add the rice and sprouts and add the chilli powder and haldi
  6. Add sugar and extra salt if reqd and pour 4 cups of water
  7. Make it to boil for 5mts and pressure cook for 2 whistles
  8. Garnish with corriander
