INGRIEDIENTS:
1 cup broccoli florets or cauliflower florets (parboiled)
1/2 cup capsicum, cut into traingles
1/2 cup baby corn, sliced and parboiled
1/4 cup sliced carrots (parboiled)
10 to 15 small sized round onions or spring onions
1 tbsp garlic (lehsun), finely chopped
1 tsp green chillies, finely chopped
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
3 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp green chilli sauce
3 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp oil
4 tbsp arrowroot or cornflour
salt to taste
Method
- Heat the oil and then fry green chiilies and garlic chopped. add all the vegetales and trir for 10-15 minutes on low fire. keep aside the vegetables.
- For preparation of soup gravy.
- Make the very thin paste or ararot (corn flour) and heat it till the consistency is little thick. add vinegar, sugar, soya sauce, green chilli sauce, tomato kethchup, salt . now add all the vegetable in the gravy and serve hot.
