Serves 4.
1/4 cup diagonally cut french beans
1 cup parboiled cauliflower florets
1/2 cup shredded cabbage
1/4 cup fresh pineapple cubes
1/2 cup capsicum cubes
1/4 cup cucumber cubes
1/2 tbsp chopped green chillies
2 tbsp chopped celery
2 tbsp oil
salt to taste
For the sauce
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup water
2 tbsp cornflour
4 tbsp Tomato Sauce
salt to taste

- Combine all the ingredients in a pan and cook till the mixture becomes thick.
- Keep aside.

- Heat the oil in a pan over a high flame, add the french beans and sauté till they are tender. Add the remaining vegetables and cook on high flame for 3-4 minutes.
- Add the prepared sauce and salt and cook for some more time.
- Add the pineapple, mix well and bring to a boil.
- Serve hot.
