An innovative chutney recipe, tamater ki chutney with chopped tomatoes blended with garlic, salt, onion and other spices is an amazing accompaniment to meals or snacks.

3 kgs tomatoes
3 orange peel
1 1/2 kgs sugar
4 to 5 tbsp lemon juice
1 pint vinegar
2 tbsp ginger (adrak) paste
2 tbsp garlic (lehsun) paste
30 gms chilli powder
100 gms dried ginger powder (soonth)
1 " cinnamon (dalchini)
2 tbsp salt
6 cloves (laung / lavang)
Method
- Peel tomato after pressure cook
- Make juice
- Clean orange peel ,make paste
- Powder masalas
- Mix all ingredients with juice
- Cook to consistency of jam
- Boil bottel wash with vinegar ,bottel jam
