Makes 4 servings
1 1/4 cups semi riped mango strips (totapuri)
1 cup cucumber juliennes
1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
1/4 cup masala cashews , broken into pieces
To Be Mixed Into A Dressing
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp honey
salt to taste
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch)
- Method
- Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl, add the dressing and toss well.
- Refrigerate and serve chilled.
