Makes 1 serving
For The Kadhi
4 cups sour curds (dahi)
4 tbsp besan (bengal gram flour) (gram flour)
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 cup red chilli powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
2 cups sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
salt to taste
For The Tempering
1 tsp mustard seeds ( rai / sarson)
2 to 3 curry leaves (kadi patta)
1 bay leaf
1 whole dry Ksshmiri red chilli
1 tsp fenugreek (methi) seeds
1/4 tsp dried fenugreek leaves
1 tsp oil
Other Ingredients
coriander (dhania) leaves for garnishing

- For the Kadhi
- In a deep pan, add the curd, besan, salt, turmeric and chilli powder and whisk well.
- Put to boil for 20 minutes and add the corn and boil for more 10 minutes.
- Remove from the flame and keep aside.

- Heat the oil in pan , add red chilli, mustard seeds, methi, curry leaves, kasturi meti and saute on a medium flame till the seeds crackle.
- Add garam masala and mix well.

- Pour the tempering over the kadhi and mix well.
- Bring it to a boil.
- Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves.
