Tofu Burji recipe - How to make Tofu Burji

Makes 4 servings
250 gms tofu (bean curd/ soya paneer)
150 gms chopped tomatoes
250 gms chopped onions
2 tsp olive oil
4 chopped green chillies
1 1/2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp coriander (dhania) powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
1 tsp ginger-garlic (adrak-lehsun) paste
3 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
salt to taste

- Method
- Mash the tofu and keep aside.
- Heat the oil in a non-stick pan, add the onions and saute till they turn golden brown in colour.
- Add the ginger-garlic paste and saute for 1 minute.
- Add the red chilli powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder, mix well and saute for 1 minute.
- Add the green chillies and tomatoes and cook on a slow flame for 5 mins.
- Add the mashed tofu and saute for 2 minutes.
- Serve hot garnished with coriander.
