Tomato Cream Sauce, Italian Sauce for Pasta recipe - How to make Tomato Cream Sauce, Italian Sauce for Pasta

Makes 1 cup
1 1/2 cups fresh tomato pulp
5 tbsp fresh cream
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
2 tbsp tomato puree
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp dried oregano
salt to taste
- Method
- Heat the olive oil in a broad non - stick pan, add the garlic and onion and sauté on a medium flame for 1 minute.
- Add the tomato pulp, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
- Add the tomato puree, sugar, oregano and salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute.
- Switch off the flame, add the fresh cream and mix well.
- Use as required.

Lovely Recipe of Tomato cream sauce that I have come across so far. Love the way it has used the fresh cream. Makes it so easy and covenient to use it as a dip or mix it with pasta or spaghetti. Can whip up variety of dishes in a jiffy and make a quick snack or quick tiffin for my kids.
