Tomato wheat dosa is a fiber dense variation to the typical rice and dal based batter. The rava or semolina is mixed with tomatoes, green chillies and then spread as dosa on a non stick pan. A crispy dosa recipe which can be enjoyed as breakfast or snack.

1 cup wheat semolina (rava)
2 tomatoes
3 green chillies
small piece ginger (adrak)
salt to taste
oil
Method
- Allow rava in water for about half-an-hour.
- The above mentioned items like tomata,green chilly,ginger,salt are to be blended together with the soaked rava.
- Chopped corriander leaves and curry leaves to added to the mix.
- The above preparation is is ready to be prepared as dosa in a tava.
