This recipe is different than usual bhel of puffed rice. This bhel is made with bread.
Unique Bhel Puri recipe - How to make Unique Bhel Puri

Makes 4 serving
10 bread slices
oil for deep frying
1/4 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
1 tbsp chopped cucumber
1/4 cup mashed potatoes
1/4 cup chopped pineapple
1 tbsp pomegranate seeds (anardana)
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 cup chopped coriander (dhania)
1/2 cup sev
2 tbsp tamarind (imli) ki chutney
salt to taste
black salt (sanchal) to taste
1/4 tsp chilli powder
2 tbsp green chutney
Method
- Method
- Take bread slices and cut into small squares and deep fry and drain onto an absorbent paper, keep aside.
- Mix all the above ingredients except bread, while serving add bread and garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve immediately.
