For The Salad
1/2 cup chopped capsicum
1/2 cup chopped and parboiled carrot
1/4 cup finely chopped spring onion whites and greens
3/4 cup bean sprouts
3/4 cup cooked macaroni
1/2 cup orange segments
1/2 cup sweet lime (mosambi) segments

To Be Mixed Into A Mint Dressing
1/2 cup thick fresh curds (dahi)
1/4 cup finely chopped mint leaves (phudina)
1/2 tsp mustard (rai / sarson) powder
3/4 tsp powdered sugar
salt to taste

this salad is just too good with lots of vegetables.. and the creamy texture, with the curd.. makes it more rich..
