Mix of vegetable and grilled panner salad with little sweetness of honey

Veggie Paneer Salad recipe - How to make Veggie Paneer Salad

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:    Makes 4 servings

Ingredients

6 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp honey
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp grated ginger (adrak)
salt to taste
500 gms paneer (cottage cheese) strips
2 chopped onions
3 carrot
2 cucumbers
200 gms lettuce , torn into pieces

Method
    Method
  1. Take oil, vinegar, honey, soya sauce, ginger, and salt in bowl and whisk well.
  2. Place paneer and add 2 tbsp of dressing in a bowl marinate paneer for 5 min then griiled on a non stick tava.
  3. Cook over medium on heat till golden brown.
  4. Remove from the flame, again add 1 tbsp of dressing and stir.
  5. Toss onion, carrot, lettuce and cucumber with the remaining dressing.
  6. Serve immediately topped with warm paneer.
