It's a oil free starter and very nutritious for kids and pregnant ladies and for everyone.
Veggies On Iceberg recipe - How to make Veggies On Iceberg

Makes 4 servings
2 carrot , chopped
2 french beans , chopped
4 to 5 ice leaves , immersed in cold water
1/2 cup sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
1/2 cup bean sprouts ,
1 capsicum , chopped
1 yellow capsicum , chopped
1 red capsicum , chopped
1/2 cup roasted peanuts
sugar to taste
salt to taste
2 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp chilli sauce
1 tsp vinegar
2 tsp tomato ketchup
Method
- Method
- Place the vegetables evenly on a non-stick pan with no oil and cook till they turn soft.
- Add the chilli sauce, soya sauce and vinegar and mix well.
- Add the salt and sugar, tomato sauce and mix well.
- Add roasted peanuts, mix well and cook for 1 minute .
- And serve little mixture in iceberg leaves.
- Add little sprouts on top and add little crushed fried noodles on top.
