Watermelon and Strawberry Drink

Two pinkish-red fruits with contrasting flavours come together to give you a refreshing drink with dashing good looks and a vibrant flavour!
Watermelon gives this drink a pleasing flavour and slushy mouth-feel, while strawberry gives it a tangy flavour and heightens the bright hue of the Watermelon and Strawberry Drink making it very attractive.
This juice is also very easy to make. We suggest serving it chilled as the flavour is at its peak.

Makes 3 glasses
2 cups roughly chopped watermelon (tarbuj) , deseeded
1 cup roughly chopped strawberries
3/4 cup vanilla ice-cream
- Method
- Combine all the ingredients in a mixer and blend till smooth.
- Pour equal quantities of the drink into 3 individual glasses.
- Serve chilled.

i always wondered how should i compete my fruit intake, i am not a fan of whole fruits , but this drink made it possible, i can complete my fruit intake enjoying it with vanilla ice-cream.
