Ingredients


1 cup semolina (rava)
1 cup oil or ghee
1 cup milk powder
1 cup milk
1/2 cup mixed nuts
1 1/4 cups sugar

Method

  1. Roast suji+milk powder+oil
  2. Till badami colour is attained on low flame
  3. Add milk+sugar
  4. Cook on low flame till the halwa leaves oil
  5. Serve +decorate with fried dry fruits
