Zero Oil Savoury Cup Cakes recipe - How to make Zero Oil Savoury Cup Cakes

Makes 4 servings
1 cup semolina (rava)
1/2 cup curds (dahi)
1/2 cup chopped fenugreek (methi) leaves
1 cup parboiled green peas
salt to taste
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp roasted cumin seeds (jeera) powder
2 tsp fruit salt
For The Garnish
finely chopped parboiled carrot
basil leaves
Method
- Method
- Combine all the ingredients, except the fruit salt in a deep bowl and mix well.
- Just before making, add the fruit salt and mix well.
- Pour spoonfuls of batter in the cup cake moulds, garnish with carrot pieces and bake in a pre-heated oven for 25 minutes or untill toothpick comes out clean.
- Garnish with basil leaves.
- Serve immediately.
