1 cup grated apples
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
2 green tea bags
2 small sticks cinnamon (dalchini)

I used two small apples that fell from our tree and some cut lemongrass leaves from a new plant someone gave me. I still added the lemon juice. This tea is excellent and felt very soothing to my tummy. Relaxing and refreshing- something entirely new and different with that exotic flair. It will be my new favorite tea, thank you! Loved it! Will try cold next time.
It was too good. In the receipe you have mentioned keep aside for 15mins . I think it is too much ,I kept it for few seconds as I prefer it to be hot.
Can I serve apple tea cold ? Can I make and keep in fridge for 1-2 days ?

Can sugar in all the recipes be replaced with honey .Fr Kashmiri Kavha Kashmiri tea. Leaves is not available so what is the substitute
