Makes 2 to 3 servings
To Be Mixed Together For The Batter
1 tsp garlic (lehsun) paste
2 tsp red chilli paste
1/2 tsp tomato puree
2 tbsp cornflour
4 tbsp plain flour (maida)
water as required
salt to taste
Other Ingredients
20 baby corn
10 green chillies , chopped
10 garlic cloves , chopped
tomato ketchup to taste
soy sauce to taste
chilli sauce to taste
oil for deep frying
Method
- Method
- Slit the baby corn as per your own choice.
- Dip the baby corns into the batter and deep fry in hot oil till crisp. Keep aside
- Heat oil in a pan, add the garlic, green chillies and add the fried baby corns and saute for 3 minutes.
- Add all sauces into a bowl and pour on top of the baby corns and stir fry on high flame for 2 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
